Withdrawal and refund policy 

1. It is possible to apply for withdrawal from the training course at any time, either before or after the course starts. 

2. The withdrawal request must be submitted through electronic requests on Alkhalil platform or correspondence with the platform through the communication channels shown on the website. 

3. AlKhalil platform does not allow tuition fees refund when requesting withdrawal from the course, but the student who submits the withdrawal request before the seventh day from the start date of the course has the right to postpone the study or join another similar course at the price. 

4. A student who applies for withdrawal after the end of the seventh day from the start date of the course is not entitled to the opportunity to postpone the study or join another similar course using the tuition fees for the course from which he has withdrawn.
